“I joined the EC and the TV Committee in order to help protect the interests of TV writers. The Guild has achieved great things for TV writers in the past, such as the Writers Digital Payment scheme, which remunerates writers when their work is viewed online. The TV world is changing fast and it’s important for writers to stand together to ensure that our contribution is fully recognised.”
