Full Membership of WGGB is open to professional writers working in the fields of TV, theatre, film, radio, books, poetry, comedy, animation and videogames (check eligibility here). Aspiring and emerging writers can join as Candidate Members and upgrade their membership after they receive professional credits. We have introduced a special Student Membership package for just £30 a year, for those aged 18 and over studying at a BA level and below. Affiliate Membership is available to agents, technical advisers, consultants and others involved in a professional relationship with writers, including Higher Educational professionals working in creative writing departments. We ask that Affiliate Membership is held in the name of one lead contact, but the member benefits are available to up to three professionals in each joining organisation.
Our package of benefits varies depending on which tier you fall under.
