About / Bio
I am a stage and screen writer based in Edinburgh, and alumni of the BBC Writers Open Call programme (London).
My theatre work has toured across the UK and internationally, and I have written for a range of television productions, including all five series of the BAFTA-nominated Molly and Mack for CBeebies. I have developed pilot episodes, series bibles and script polishes across drama, animation and children’s content, and I have several original projects in development.
My writing ranges from joyful pre-school comedy to surreal, social-realist drama, and I often explore themes such as the treatment of women and girls, mental illness, poverty, and neurodiversity — all informed by my work in communities and my own lived experience.
