About / Bio
Dariush is a WGGB animation screenwriter who graduated from Middlesex University in BA Film. He has previously written 12×10 scripts for the hit preschool YouTube TV series, Leo the Wildlife Ranger, for Omens Studios, an animation studio in Singapore. The season he wrote on won the Best Children’s Programme award at the Asian Television Awards in 2024, and his episodes garnered over 5 million views. ⚡
He has also worked as a freelance lead writer on a series bible for an upcoming sci-fi musical animated show that was pitched at Kidscreen, where he led a team of writers, mapped out seasons, and developed character arcs.
He’s also a writer for the volunteer animation community, Lava Moon Studios and is a long-time member of the Write For Animation academy.
Dariush is currently writing on the latest season of Leo the Wildlife Ranger: Animal Spark! (Season 4), Adventures In Mayapur by Ogopogo Studios, and is also writing skits for Tweest Studio.
