2023 AGM – registration now open

All WGGB members are invited to our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 29 November 2023 from 10.30am (virtual doors open at 10am). To maximise member participation, we are holding the AGM virtually. The online invites to the AGM have now been emailed to all members, alongside the final agenda and other papers. If you haven’t received your copy or have any other queries email admin@writersguild.org.uk

Members will need to register for the AGM in advance. Details of how to register have been sent to all members via email.

All registrations need to be checked and approved by WGGB staff to ensure that only members can attend. This process can take up to 48 hours.

Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link required to join the meeting.

The deadline for motions and nominations has now closed.

The meeting is open to all members. Full Members and Life Members may vote on all matters. Affiliate Members may vote on the presentation and approval of the Accounts.

Please ensure that you have your WGGB membership card to hand as it will be used as your voting card. If you have misplaced or not received your membership card, please email admin@writersguild.org.uk

The meeting will include BSL interpreters and closed captions. If you have access requirements please email admin@writersguild.org.uk
