All WGGB members are invited to our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 24 September 2026. Virtual doors open at 10am with the meeting starting at 10.30am. To maximise member participation, we are holding the AGM virtually.
The online invites to the AGM have been emailed to all members, alongside the final agenda and other papers.
The deadline for motions and nominations has now closed.
Registration details
Members will need to register for the AGM in advance (members have been sent a link to register by email – if you haven’t received yours please email [email protected]).
All registrations need to be checked and approved by WGGB staff to ensure that only members can attend. This process can take up to 48 hours.
Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email (sent three days prior to the AGM) containing the link required to join the meeting.
Voting
We are planning to use electronic voting. If there are technical problems, then please ensure that you have your WGGB membership card to hand as it will be used as your voting card. If you have misplaced or not received your membership card, please email [email protected]

The meeting is open to all members. Full Members and Life Members may vote on all matters. Affiliate Members may vote on the presentation and approval of the Accounts.
