All WGGB members are invited to our Annual General Meeting on Friday 12 September 2025 from 10.30am (virtual doors open at 10am). To maximise member participation, we are holding the AGM virtually once again.

Registration

Members will need to register for the AGM in advance and a registration link has been sent to all members via email – if you did not receive it please email [email protected]

All registrations need to be checked and approved by WGGB staff to ensure that only members can attend. Once your registration is approved you will receive an email confirmation containing the link to the Zoom meeting. We will resend the link to the meeting again prior to the AGM. If you didn’t receive your meeting link or have any other questions, please email [email protected]

AGM papers

The AGM papers listed below can be downloaded. If you need assistance, please contact us on 020 7833 0777 (please leave a message with your membership details) or via email at [email protected]

The final agenda has now been emailed to all members – please contact [email protected] if you haven’t received yours.

Voting at the AGM

We are planning to use electronic voting. If there are technical problems, then please ensure that you have your WGGB membership card to hand as it will be used as your voting card. If you have misplaced or not received your membership card, please email [email protected]

The meeting is open to all members. Full Members and Life Members may vote on all matters. Affiliate Members may vote on the presentation and approval of the Accounts.

Accessibility

We want our AGM to be accessible to all members.

BSL interpreters and closed captions will be automatically available throughout the meeting and there will be breaks at regular intervals. If you have any additional access requirements, please email [email protected]

Ballot for contested EC posts

The deadline for motions and nominations to our Executive Council has now closed and the ballot for contested seats has also now closed. The results of elections will be announced at the AGM.
