WGGB members can now register for our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 12 September 2024 from 10.30am. To maximise member participation, we are holding the AGM virtually (virtual doors open at 10am). The online invites to the AGM have now been emailed to all members, alongside the final agenda and other papers. All members will need to register for the AGM in advance and a link has been sent via email. Please contact admin@writersguild.org.uk if you are a WGGB member and have any queries or haven’t received your registration link.
All registrations need to be checked and approved by WGGB staff to ensure that only members can attend. This process can take up to 48 hours.
Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email (sent three days prior to the AGM) containing the link required to join the meeting.
The deadline for motions and nominations to our Executive Council have now closed.
The AGM papers listed below can be downloaded, alternatively if you would like a paper copy sent to you then please contact us on 020 7833 0777 (please leave a message with your membership details) or via email at admin@writersguild.org.uk
The meeting is open to all members. Full Members and Life Members may vote on all matters. Affiliate Members may vote on the presentation and approval of the Accounts.
The meeting will include BSL interpreters and closed captions. If you have access requirements please email admin@writersguild.org.uk
