Writer of sitcom, screenplay, sketches and stand-up material.

Ravi was a finalist (Top 5) in Writerslam November 2015 organised by The TriForce Creative Network which received over 1000 entries. This competition set out to find 5 comedy scripts to be read at a showcase evening before an industry audience. He was selected by Hat Trick Productions and will be mentored by them over the next few months.

Ravi has been commissioned to write pilot sitcom scripts and has had a sitcom, “Sunny” optioned. His feature screenplay, “The King Is In” has also been optioned.

Currently working on further development of “The King Is In” and two sitcoms – “In The Mix” and “All Around Avi”.

Ravi’s theatre credits include two sketch shows, “Arrange That Marriage” and “Don’t Look At My Sister” as well as a thirty minute piece called “Wish”. Paramount Comedy Channel also produced some of Ravi’s interstitial sketches.

Ravi has also provided plot outlines for the third series of “Meet The Adebanjos”.
