Kirstie Swain

I’m a Scottish screenwriter based in London. I was winner of the 2013 Frank Deasy Award for new writing and in the same year was selected for the Bush/Kudos Initiative and Broadcast Magazine’s Hotshots. I’m a graduate of the 2012 BBC Writers Academy too. I’m currently developing several original TV drama projects – FAT CALVES (BBC Drama), HOLYWOOD (Hillbilly Film & TV), PEELERS and BLOOD (Tiger Aspect), GUTTED (BBC Scotland) and PATIENCE (Clerkenwell Films.) She is also developing a docudrama with RAW for E4 called THE VILLAGE THAT FORGOT and an original romantic comedy called LES BICHES.
