Neil. Is a British. After. Screenwriter, director and producer. He’s been working as a Company Director for Auteur Film Productions UK Limited since 2020. His written several screenplays for short films, feature films and theatrical plays.
Neil’s style of writing is based on authenticity, adventure, and naturalism. His writing is very descriptive. And he enjoys. Connecting with various genres. Through his writing. From animation, to action adventure and dramatised plays.
He is currently working on his animation project, Mountains of Glory, a feature film script optioned to Auteur Film Productions UK Limited.

DEVIKA DEOL; also known as DEVI (4) (previously DEVIKA BAKSHI), a creative writer and conservationist by profession, settled in Oxford, England, separated since 2008. She is an
elegant Indian female, in her late fifties, with a petite figure, dark brown/black hair. She is fair and graceful, and youthful in appearance. DEVI is seen sleeping in her bed; she is restless.

EXT. HIMALAYAS, SPITI VALLEY, INDIA – EARLY MORNING (DREAM
A male snow leopard’s face is seen at a close range, it is in pain as it opens wide and growls three times.
DISSOLVE TO:
INT. DEVI’S BEDROOM, OXFORDSHIRE COTTAGE.
Devi (4) wakes up, she rests her forehead in her hands as she contemplates. She then sits up and steps out of her bed, barefoot and walks to the washroom to freshen up and change.
She has changed into a sapphire blue soft silk saree with a copper border, all over sheen, blouse, sky blue.
INT. THE LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN
Devi (4) now dressed in a blue sari, puts on the electric kettle to boil some water to prepare a white regular coffee with one sugar. She carries her mug and places it on a coaster on the coffee table.

Devi (4) finds her favourite cd and plays the song Wuthering Heights by Kate Bush on her music system. Devi (4) sits on the sofa for a few minutes and contemplates. She looks towards the window, viewing the landscape. As the song ends, Devi (4) turns the volume of the music player down and
switches on her TV and DVD player. She puts on a pre-recorded filmed footage of her last sighting of the snow leopard king. The recording is from her archive collection. This video diary accounts for Devi’s last few days in the Himalayan mountains, near the Indo-Tibetan border, when she was
eighteen years of age.
INT. LIVING ROOM TV – AN ARCHIVE FILM; FOOTAGE OF DEVI IN
SPITI VALLEY, INDIA, IS PLAYING ON TV, DATED 30th JANUARY

Amidst the backdrop of the mountains, recorded on camera, is the final sighting of the Snow Leopard King; KING JIVA (4), who can be seen from the distant horizon, as filmed by DEVI.
He has matured gracefully, now ten and a half years of age, medium-large build, grey nose, with soft, yellow eyes. KING JIVA (4); emerges. He is slower than his previous self. The snow leopard king is much older, wiser and graceful; he has soft, sad eyes in his most recent years. encounter.
