Tasha Dhanraj

I’m a multi-award-winning comedy writer of sitcoms, sketches and entertainment. I’ve written for BBC Three, Comedy Central and Channel 4 and have sitcoms in development with Fudge Park Productions and Big Deal Films. In 2019, I won a Writer’s Guild of Great Britain Award with co-writer Hannah George for our viral BBC Three sketch Where are You From: The Game. Hannah and I  then won the WGGB Award for Best Online Comedy again in 2020 with our sketch "Side Effects of the Pill". Second Place in Adi Shankar’s Apu Screenwriting Contest (2018). Shortlisted for BAFTA Rocliffe’s New Writing for Children & YA’s Media Award (2018). Sitcom Mission Finalist (2017). IYAF Best of Brighton Fringe Theatre Award Nominee (2017).
