Chris Grady
Chris is a core writer for BBC Scotland's flagship continuing drama series RIVER CITY (BBC Studios), as well as writing for THE DUMPING GROUND and script editing 10 episodes of a new UNTITLED sitcom - both for CBBC. He is co-creator and co-writer of the sitcom, SADDLED (Gusman Productions) on BBC Radio Scotland.
Prior to this Chris was a story producer on 5 series of SCOT SQUAD and script edited 3 series of GARY: TANK COMMANDER (both for The Comedy Unit/ BBC1 Scotland). He co-wrote series 3 of G:TC, as well as producing Gary’s BAFTA Scotland nominated ELECTION SPECIAL, script editing the MISSION QUITE POSSIBLE (Mick Perrin) live show and co-writing the GARY GOES TO HOLLYWOOD (Objective), Hogmanay special.
He has written two plays: MEAT MARKET and OUTSIDE IN for Oran Mor's A Play, a Pie and a Pint season, and written for sketch shows including MEANWHILE IT’S WILL & GREG and RECORDED FOR TRAINING PURPOSES for Radio 4 and THEM FROM THAT THING (Zeppotron), ANNA & KATY (Rough Cut) and SCOTLAND IN A DAY (Comedy Unit) for Channel 4.
