Candidate Membership Renewal Direct Debit form
To set up a Direct Debit – either call us to set it up over the phone on 020 3372 8405 or alternatively you can download a DD form to complete and post to us, or email the completed, signed, scanned form to email@example.com. Please use either of these methods as setting up a Direct Debit Instruction online is currently unavailable.
Existing Direct Debit payers (renewals) – you do not need to fill in another direct debit form unless you are changing bank accounts. If there is a change to your annual subscription band and/or payment frequency then contact us on 020 3372 8405 or email Rose Cooney with the details of the change. If there is no change then you do not need to contact us as we will automatically renew your membership and direct debit based on your current details and notify you in writing.
