Thinking of a future in videogames? Already in the industry? WGGB, IGDA Writing SIG, IGDA London and London South Bank University present their free, annual panel event on Thursday 5 December 2019 (7pm), and this year it’s a treasure trove of hints and tips from the trenches.

Approaches to narrative structure? Research tips? Career advice? And more! You’re invited to hear the panel’s thoughts and to pose your questions. The event will then be followed by an informal networking event and a chance to catch up with other games narrative practitioners of all experience.

The panelists are:

Greg Buchanan – American Election, No Man’s Sky: Atlas Rises, Metro: Exodus
Jon Ingold – Heaven’s Vault, 80 Days, Sorcery!
Samantha Webb – Broken Roads, Yokai Moon, League of Legends
Kate Watson – Total War: Warhammer 2, Alien: Isolation, Everwild
Victor Ojuel – Temtem, Relicta, Legends of Catalonia VR

The event is chaired by the WGGB’s Videogames Chair Andrew S. Walsh – Watch Dogs: Legion, The Division 2, Prince of Persia

Informal networking will take place at a nearby venue, from approximately 9pm.
