Paula B Stanic

Paula grew up in Manor Park, East London and has worked for theatre companies and spaces around the country. She's been a writer-on-attachment - Soho Theatre and the NT Studio. She won the 2008 Alfred Fagon Award, 2010 Adrienne Benham and was a finalist for the 2021 Women's Prize for Playwriting. Paula was part of the 2016-2017 Drama Room at BBC Writersroom, on the BBC New Talent Hotlist and part of Screen Yorkshire's 2022 Flex 2 Talent Lab. She is the 2023 Roland Rees Bursary recipient.
