While it’s been an eventful year on the world stage and in the UK it has been business as usual at the Writers’ Guild, where we continue to win big for writers, and to fight for their rights, particularly as we approach Brexit.

We have negotiated pay rises and new rights, lobbied and campaigned hard, shouted loudly for writers and above all ensured that their rights are protected in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
