Bond breaks box office record
The latest Bond film, Quantum Of Solace, written by British screenwriters Neal Purvis and Robert Wade along with American Paul Haggis (based on a story by Ian Fleming), and directed by Marc Foster has broken the record for highest box office receipts on its first weekend.
Over three days, the 22nd official Bond film took £15.4 million, breaking a record only recently set by High School Musical III.
